Refund policy

This page explains when you can get your money back.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Normally you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that you start using straight away, that right ends once access begins, as long as you agreed to this before paying. At checkout we ask you to tick a box to confirm that you want access immediately and understand this.

When you can still get a refund

• If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we will refund the extra payment in full.
• If the course isn’t as described or the site doesn’t work properly, tell us and we will fix it. If we can’t, you are entitled to a partial or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Otherwise, once you have confirmed at checkout that you want access straight away, we can’t offer a refund for changing your mind.

If you bought the wrong guide

Medicine and dentistry are separate guides with separate passes. If you bought the wrong one by mistake, email us within 48 hours of buying and we will swap your pass to the other guide for its full length. A swap isn’t a refund, and the pass you bought by mistake stops working once it is swapped.

How to ask

Email ukmedicalschoolinterviews@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and tell us what happened. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days, and your pass ends when the refund is made.
